No festival would be complete without food and music. Rio Velo will feature live music by Sacramento’s most politically correct band, UnSupervised followed by The Republicrats bringing R&B, soul, funk and fun to the banks of the American River. SactoMoFo brings your favorite food and brew featuring Squeeze Inn, Azteca Tacos and Federalist Beer.

Rio Velo celebrates bicycles, the rivers and the people who love them….a free festival for all things bicycle attracting recreational riders, specialty riders, seasoned cyclists, families and all who enjoy bicycling and our rivers as part of healthy living.

Rio Velo’s bike rodeo provides the opportunity for riders of all ages to practice and develop skills that will help them become better and safer bicyclists.
