Rio Velo celebrates bicycles, the rivers and the people who love them….a free festival for all things bicycle attracting recreational riders, specialty riders, seasoned cyclists, families and all who enjoy bicycling and our rivers as part of healthy living.

Rio Velo’s bike rodeo provides the opportunity for riders of all ages to practice and develop skills that will help them become better and safer bicyclists.

Meet our local Sacramento Police and CHP bicycle officers and join them for a ride-along on the bike park.
